Kelly Omond-Womens Senior Coach for 2026

Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in local football, both on and off the field. Her football journey began with the Chelsea Seagulls FC, before going on to play and assist coach at Mordialloc FNC, and represent Seaford Women’s FNC in Division 1 and 2. Most recently, Kelly made her mark as Head Coach of the inaugural senior women’s team at Chelsea Seagulls, leading them to an incredible Division 3 Premiership in the MPNFL this year.

Her outstanding leadership and coaching expertise were further recognised when she was named Coach of the Year by the league and opposition coaches — a testament to her passion, commitment, and football knowledge.

Kelly is dedicated to player development, team culture, and building strong, competitive squads. Her focus on strategy, game-day preparation, and continual learning makes her an outstanding addition to the Tiger family.
